Today officially marks 12 weeks until the runDisney’s 10th Princess Half Marathon! I will be following the Nike Women 13.1 12-Week Training Plan in order to get ready for race day. #10 Princess Half Marathon, I’m coming for you! #PerfectPrincess

I find that this training plan is very balanced. You have at least 3 days of running and then 3 days of workouts. Working out in the areas of strength training and flexibility really help you run so much better. Long runs don’t start until week 5 which also includes a day of speed training… who doesn’t want to have a better time.
